Ac3, 2x 5.2 batteries
Sudden drop from 100 to 95%, no load reason, generating happily, flatline and exporting instead of charging back up; app shows one battery empty.

AND the status light on the first battery is red !

I had a similar incident when one of my battery's BMS detected too high voltage and shut down until the voltage settled back. Once it did all was well.

This happened when we were having issues with high grid voltage too i.e. above 253v but that has been resolved now.

Thanks for the reply. I'll wait and see if it sorts itself out overnight.

ianconstable I would give Givenergy a ring on Monday if it does not. Are there any notifications of a BMS voltage error?

I have the same setup on BMS 3013 and this is not unusual. killythebid is probably right and it will be back to normal by now. At least two of us are also get steep drops and climbs in the SoC usually from around 80% to 100% or around 40% to 5%.

See 3013 Should I - Woodstock has a graphic.

I've just checked and it's all back to normal! Amazing.

ianconstable think I read somewhere if the voltage gets too high, it disconnects for a while? The current inverter firmware sees that as 0% soc.
