I am getting loads of these errors on the system. It results in the battery(2.6kWh) shutting down. Then I have to push the black button on side to restart, happening since firmware update. Anyone else seeing similar?

bignelly I have had these errors but has not caused my battery to turn off. Have you emailed support?

I've had several of these errors, the most recent one last night. None have caused my battery to go off but in all cases, the SOC has dropped to zero right before, e.g. from 11% a few weeks ago and from 5% last night.

Does anyone know if this is indicative of a fault or an issue in the way I'm using the battery?

Damien Had this happen myself this morning. Battery (8.2kWh) SOC went from 19% to 0% in one five minute window, immediately before a BMS under voltage event was logged. Did not have to restart the battery; although it did unilaterally draw 2975W from the grid until it reached 4% SOC! I believe the battery had actually discharged from 19% to 0% over several hours previously and, for whatever reason, the SOC suddenly caught up in one go.
