Setting up charging times.

Firstly I apologise if this a repeat request I thought i posted yesterday but can’t find it.

I have only had solar for a month. In the GivEnergy app. I set up the charge times for the battery for early morning. Often the batteries do not charge at the correct time. ( I do save the preset times).
When I check the charge times they have changed.What am I doing wrong. Also is there a manual for the GivEnergy App.

CJI have you got a smart tariff showing on the web portal homepage?

If so, check it's the right tariff and consider pressing the stop automations button!

The smart tariff wasn’t highlighted (it is now) and I have switched the automations off. Wait and see now I guess.
