I have downloaded Inverter system data every day for a while. On most spreadsheets there are 282 rows, one row of data per 5 minutes. Quite a few downloads have a lot more rows. Two largest were 3384 and 1110 rows. The data rates seems to be 3 rows per minute between two times, and those times vary from one day to the next.
Why is it happening ?
Is there any way the user can control this data rate ?
EricIoW Cloud updates are every five minutes except when there's a battery calibration in progress or you have the app open in Home mode when the cloud is updated every ten seconds or so.
Tim I just tested and opening app in home mode caused data on portal to update every 11 seconds, going back to 5 minutes after app closed. Is this documented anywhere ? I have found the app user guide but the only portal user guide is two pages in the welcome pack.
Not documented as its not supposed to do it, its just a bug with the latest app version.
Rumour is the portal will transition to 1 min updates at somepoint anyway.
