Last night my batteries - (8.2 & 9.5 kWh) decided to discharge at around 12:30. They continued to discharge at a rate of 2.6 kWh for around 7 hours - a total of 14.3 kWh. The settings for my system are Eco and a minimum on the battery of 10%. There are no automation's set and all other settings are as per the factory settings. Once the batteries reached zero they started acting normally - they did not start recharging via the grid so it was not as if they had decided to re-calibrate. I've checked the logs and there was no activity since the second battery was added in June. The batteries have now started recharging via solar power. The software version was 3012 when this happened. Given the flat state of the batteries I decided to upgrade to 3013. Thankfully the system did not decide to recharge the batteries via the grid otherwise I would have exported over 14 kWh at the cheapest time of the day and then imported 17.7 kWh when it was much more expensive. Has anyone else experienced this and does anyone know why it happened?
