Hi,
Just spotted i'm only pulling from the grid and the inverter shows "Hall Sensor Fault" repeating in the notifications, any idea what this means?
This is what the inverter data shows?

Sorry, should say i have a 9.5Kw battery running 3008 firmware and a 3.6Kw gen2 hybrid inverter running D0.904-A0.904 firmware

This might be a FW glitch - I vaguely recall someone else having this although with the EPS relay glitch I may be jumbling the two issues up as to their resolution being a different FW.
One for support I'm afraid. The hall sensor going faulty would likely result in all sorts of screwey readings so one to keep an eye on if it returns after a full shutdown, wait and restart of the system.
I don't know what Gen you are but on Gen1 the hall sensor looks to sit just after the HV DC bridge to the battery board. So it's measuring power to/from the battery. Although there are several other CTs in there so that does rely on the error not being particularly generic, as if that's the case it could be either of the 2 that measure PV or the others that measure grid power in/out...or even the EPS...
thanks.
Managed to restart the inverter through the web portal, seemed to stop the error, but was still not pulling from the battery.
Did full shutdown and restart steps, but the battery wasn't delivering more than 385w.
Used the app to initiate a forced discharge, which worked, then switched back to normal mode and it all seems fine at the moment
