Should I be worried?

Mine says 100% on home, 0% away and 100% on the portal. It’s 100% really so I guess something has gone wrong with something….

I’m getting strange readings on away too.

Home assistant and local mode on the app says 68%

Away mode on app said 81%, next time I went onto it, 49% then updated to 56%, click home and away, 66%, did same, 50% …

App hasn’t updated since 28 July, so not a new app issue. Something on the backend maybe.

144% now. Free energy. Woohoo! 😄

KKT same problem here on the app’s “away” screen !

It's the battery power to/from being picked up as SOC. Guessing server is having a bad day.

ditto. away mode wrong (well i hope so)

Battery % seems to equate to a -(power to battery figure).0% at any instance in time !!

Do I win a prize for the biggest negative value??? -1090.0%

I've just noticed it too. Hopefully just a front end issue and not an issue in the inverter itself because I'd be worried it is charging when it is already full.
Scaling shouldn't really be done in the front end though. We should be getting a REAL tag passed over from the device. Could be an issue in the communication.
Please can the designers explain this?

I’ve gone the other way 🤣

Russ
mine looks like its reporting a more reasonable figure of 82% from the portal. Looks like its just the app.

Seems ok now

Must have been a developer doing some work in prod. 🤣

No, I've not once broken prod by doing development work in it. Honest. 🤣

(more than once, maybe, probably, definitely).

Mine was reporting 0% on away (we were out), but going deeper by tapping on more information showed battery at 100% (which it was). Home showed 100% battery (on wifi when we got home), seems to be resolved now anyway. If the readings had been a bit more ridiculous as with others I would actually have been less concerned!

wolf1608 damn, you beat me. Mine were -464.0% and -666.0%

The .0% clearly being significant

I got a similar anomalous reading away from home. A refresh of the app (close and start) fixed the value with something more reasonable.

I thought that it was simply a case of bad connection, but if it has happened to others, there is something else going on.

Thank goodness!! I thought that it was just me. -400% battery reading!! All SEEMS to be ok now.
