Commissioning problems Battery not detected

Trying to commission gen3 invertor with 8.2kw battery but it’s not detecting the battery?

I have the same issue, battery not detected, but on a Gen 1 5kw inverter & get 2 9.5 kw battery.
The battery flashes red - which is a fault ?

Am "waiting" for weeks now for the electrician to come back and hopefully fix it.
the inverter works ok, and getting lots of free electricity - when the sun shines, BUT no storage.
I contacted givenergy & they adviced the electrician contact them.... and so i wait.

After lots of email's and phone calls, i got in touch with a sparkie who knows what he's on about.
It seems the EM115 & CT clamp and cable are calibrated, AND the guy who installed mine cut the cable, didn't install the EM115, just wired it back to the inverter !!.
it has to have the EM115 to transmit the info back to the inverter, AND the CT cable should not be cut !.
Am still waiting for mine to be wired up correctly....not holding my breath with the original installers...
