After a sudden increase in solar generation today (may be unrelated), my system (CE2209G009) is a Gen 2 AC and 2x 9.5kw batts, and has got stuck at 199w discharge rate. The settings are set to 3kw discharge and in Eco mode. So I am drawing from the grid unnecessarily.
I have restarted the inverter but the problem remains. It started around 1745 as can be seen in the logs below, when I noticed that the system was exporting at max and my iBoost caught it.
The batteries report 33% SOC and 31%/52.3v and 34% 52.6v respectively. They are running at around 26o and no errors in the inverter logs.
I have power cycled the batteries using the black switch and switched off the isolaters from the PV (SolarEdge) and the GE system and restarted.
Is there anything else I can try, or can GE remote on to take a look?
Battery Firmware Version: 3013
Inverter Model: GIV-AC3.0
Software Version: D0.289-A0.289
Thanks
Peter
