Charging battery overnight

Hi all

I'm a complete newbie but have got myself on to Octopus and would like to charge my battery overnight as our system isn't big enough to cover our needs for 24 hour

I went into the the app, into the inverter settings, timed charge - and asked it to charge 25% between 2am and 3am.

Nothing happened.

I went in the system the following day and it still had the setting there (25% charge at 2am) but again nothing happened

What the heck am I doing wrong?

Tricia will it force charge if you request it to otherwise? Also have you checked on the web portal in case the commands haven’t gone through from the app?

Perhaps your battery is already 25% charged at 2am?

The charge % in the app is not for how much you want to go in but the max you want the battery to be charged to.

SJB I agree. My bet would be on the battery already being at or above 25%.
