The battery on our system has been recording 0.0% since yesterday lunchtime. The home display shows some charge from the battery to the house. It also shows charge going to the battery.
Is this a known fault as it has done it a couple times before but sorted it self out after a few hours?
There is another thread on here that discusses what seems to be the same issue you are having. It happened to me for the first time yesterday and I had to power down my battery and restart. After that it came back to 100% as you'll see from my post in that thread:
