How does the inverter (in my 3kw AC coupled) know what the date time is?
Something, either the inverter / battery or my car charger (Zappi) is charging a few minutes before 00:30, which is at an expensive rate.

So I would like to check the inverter. But maybe it updates its own clock with NTP?
Anyone know?

NSR2 it should be linked to the internet to do this, but what source we won't know. Maybe set up a 5 minute delay on the inverter to make sure you're in the cheaper time.
Alternatively, check your smart meter timing

NSR2 If you put your Givenergy app into Home mode, the web portal data (eg Inverter card - System Data) will update every ten seconds. You should be able to refresh the data (inverter card top right "round arrow") to see how the inverter time compares with the actual time. If the inverter time isn't right, go to Your Account settings in the portal and Sync the inverter time from there.
