Last night we tried a charge to 100% (23:32 - 05:28), but all it seemed to do was stop pulling from the battery, not charging it, but running the house from the grid for that period. We've charged the battery very little during the summer, but when we did it always worked. It wasn't to 100%, and it was between 12.30 & 4.30am. Have I messed up a setting somewhere?

Just a guess here. Maybe it's because you're trying to charge over a day change. Wondered if you charged from 12.01am - 5.28am if that might work? Just a thought.
The other option is to go to the web portal, and reset back to defaults on the settings menu of the inverter, then make sure ECO is switched on and try again.
