I'm sorry if this has been asked and answered before.
I have a new (2 weeks old) GIV-HY3.6 G3 and 19KWH Battery. all seems to be well with the timed charge, Octopus Energy go 00.30 04.30 tariff. BUT..... I;ve set the max fill to 50% and it just doesn't stop charging at 50% or anywhere, I've tried everywhere from 20% to 80%.
The box has accepted the change in settings, it's showing on both the app and the cloud page.
This seems like one of the most fundamental settings and doesn't seem to work unless I'm being a complete dork.
