Battery not charging

Help! My battery hasn't charged all day and hasn't discharged either, it's stuck at 59% charge and not doing anything. How can I fix this? Thanks

Hawthorn try:

1. reset inverter to defaults
2. restarting the inverter

Both of these you can you in the portal.

Often these fix most issues with the inverter not talking or managing the battery.

Sometimes the old power-everything off, power it all on works, but the above should get you back going
