Random Recalibration?

Hi,

Have 3013 on my 8.2kwh battery with a gen 1 5kw inverter, all been working fine for last few months however randomly at 1520 today my battery decided to discharge at full power from 93% down to 0.0%. I wasn't able to stop it and there were no notifications in the portal. After sitting at 0.0% for a bit it's now charging at full power...... like a calibration.... however no recalibration has been requested or registered in the portal?

Has anyone else seen this behaviour? Is this a new 'feature' of 3013?

BoeingBoy I have the same inverter and battery and firmware. To date (fingers crossed) we've not seen anything like this.

BoeingBoy Similar thing happening on our system (9.52 kWh, GIV-HY3.6 inverter) but I don't think it is planned, seems like an issue with the 3013 firmware
