Problem with Battery

I have just had one of your Batteries installed, last week but it appears to permanently in idle mode with no power going in or out.

Can you help please

Timwoodhead have you tried calling your installer? Did the commissioning (full discharge/recharge) complete?

Has the inverter been set to 'eco' mode?
