Stoddy are you an installer? If so, this isn't the place you'd need to come and get help - this is for other GE users to get help and advice. Might be best to give GE a call either way

So, GE telephone support line is expecting end users to help installers? Nice. 🤣
There are a few installers on here, but the vast majority of the people are end users. GE staff pop in and out too, but on the most part it is just users to users.
I think there's an installers Facebook group or two, although I don't know their URLs.
