Inverter flashing green, battery on 3% and don’t know how to correct this as currently. Please help!
System not working
what's not working? depending on the versions of hardware you have, the flashing may just mean it's idle. If the battery has run to empty (which at 3% it sounds like it has) and there's no solar to charge it up (definitely no solar where I am, just rain) then what are you expecting it to be doing?

flashing green means its waiting to do something, in this case to charge from the grid I would think.
Check that no MCB's (fuse switches) have turned off in your consumer unit (fuse box) and also the large grey switch near your batterie(s) has not moved to the off position. you have not stated which type of inverter you have so my advice is somewhat generic.
Thanks, very new to this, first time the battery has run low. It seemed to indicate there was not enough power to recharge even when the light did improve. GE had to force a short period of grid recharge. Will see what happens over night tonight as it will run low again as only on 20% at 21:30.
Thanks, I think we have a 5kW hybrid inverter. I’ll take a look at the switches. Following a forced grid recharge of 10% it started to work ok so think all switches were ok. GE indicates we need to downgrade our firmware and do another recalibration. I’ve asked for more details about what the downgrade will actually mean and if we can do recalibration with both solar and grid to reduce the cost of doing this. Have not had a response yet.

Switches are all fine else GE couldn't have forced a charge (well solar apart) but unlikely now.
They want to downgrade (backtrack) the firmware as they suspect the version you have is allowing the battery to discharge too far and not auto recover as it should.
