THALL Ok, been investigating a bit more.
The last change to any settings was 8.00pm Wednesday when battery charge was set to 2949W using the slider. Remote control history shows 2949W (raw 36) value sent and 2949W (raw 36) response.
System ran perfectly normally all day Thursday and achieved 100% battery charge.
Battery discharged to house load Thursday night and early Friday morning (down to around 70% SOC) until solar PV kicked in and battery started charging at a much lower value than expected with the system exporting way more than expected to the grid.
Performed a read only on battery charge setting and it came back 82W (raw 1). This made no sense as remote history showed (all filters turned off) no changes since it was set to 2949W on Wednesday night and the rates the battery had been charging at yesterday were normal range (up to 3200W) and this morning were up to 230W. Also the battery charge this morning was going up and down not hitting a limit (flat lining at a specific value).
Sent a slider request to set battery charge to 2949W and this came back as previous value 82 (raw 1), value sent 2949 (raw36), response 2949 (raw 36). Battery then started charging at expected rate for two five minute periods before dropping to 0W with all PV excess going to export!
Waited for three five minute periods just to check that this was not caused by clouds but charging remained at 0W.
Then tried turning Eco mode off and back on again and this restored everything to normality.
Interesting that KEVSLA also restored battery charging this morning by bouncing the Eco setting.
