We were sent GW and AIO firmware to upgrade via USB. Both seemed to work and then the GW completed a further update during commissioning which completed successfully. However the AIO gets stuck.
The AIO file we were sent was named BAAA0006.bin. I have tried multiple times to upgrade the firmware in commissioning all have failed at the same point.
Any advice appreciated!

Some GE employees pop in from time to time.
Some installers are on here, but not very many. I think most of them are in a Facebook group?
Your best bet would be to call or web chat GivEnergy.

there is a type of usb drive that GE kit doesn't work from. wish i could remember which one!
may have been sandisk, i know it is a very popular one that doesn't work well.
The USB firmware upgrade worked fine. It's the online/app upgrade that is now failing.
I'm just commissioning my first AIO and have had the same problem. Did GE come up with a solution for you?
