Curious if anybody is having the following issue and if so do they have a permanent fix.

Had an AIO installed on the 20th.
Since then I have had 2 instances (21/09 22:30 & 27/09 03:30) where the AIO seemingly looses connectivity ie is no longer accessible from app, but continues to work as expected.

Interestingly I can see both the AIO and the Gateway are still connected to home network via WiFi.

Resolution is a reboot of the AIO via the blue power button on the AIO.

I do have a mesh WiFi and as per GivEnergy support I locked the AIO dongle to a particular mesh node by adding it's MAC address to the configuration.

tomorrowman Welcome to the world of AIO. You will see there are several threads on this problem in this forum, which is causing many of us distress.
After having had mine in for 2 weeks, I have now decided to just leave it alone when it falls off, else I will end up in the loonie bin. Mine comes back online eventually, sometimes a few hours later though.

My AIO is working very well. However I have a very expensive mesh node sitting right next to it. It does sound to me that its wifi radio is quite weak. My house is a new build and the AIO is in the garage which is lined with a number of substances for CO leaks, fire retardation and foil backed insulation so it's effectively in a big Faraday cage. The mesh node is the only node it can see so there is no cross contamination from the other nodes if that makes a difference

I haven't had an issue since installation about a month ago. Hopefully this message doesn't jinx it...

Mine was installed on the 22nd, wired lan connection to both the AIO and Gateway (though not sure the latter is actually needed). No connection issues so far, that I am aware of.

PianSom I think LAN is the better option. BUt I tried to get LAN to work but somehow just could not get the two units online. Not enough of an IT guru to get it going. 😉

GaryS AIO needs to be shut down and then the dip switch sorted, may need to leave it off for a minute or two, you can check which switch as on the dip switch there is a black bar to indicate where to start from on the unit and on the install sheet.

GaryS Also, the Gateway lan connection does not (somewhat surprisingly) go in to the port marked "LAN In". There's a loose cable inside with a female-female RJ45 connector that need to be used.

That, and the DIP switches
