I have asked in other trails, but no joy. Since 2 days go the Power Graph tab on my Portal shows an error with the GE "Oops" message, and would not open.
Also, clicking the Legacy Dashboard icon gives Server Error 500.
I have cleared caches, closed the webpage, deleted cookies...
Anybody has any idea what else I could do?
Ticket to GE 2 days ago remains unanswered.

Just the" Power Graph Card" on your Cloud portal?
All the other Cards - Energy Graph, My Inverter, Power Flow, Smart Tariff etc etc all show data and work ok?

dragon2905 Other cards at least open. The data from the Energy card is inaccurate and far less than it should be. Essentially, the portal data for my AIO is useless. Which totally baffles me, as the CT clamps and hardware are all prefitted in the Gateway, so no installer can be blamed for fitting clamps wrong etc.

Mine system does the same. I have an AIO too.

I use GivTCP data at present, the portal is sadly inaccurate and unreliable.

Eg the Daily Generation value show at the top of the Dashboard in the banner, does not correlate with the Energy Graph day total. How is that even possible on the same application?
Actually, I do not even want to know what the reasons are, it is unacceptable and should not be my problem to get sorted. GE should provide proper data in the applications before putting products on the market.

Pandorian Well I expect the GE portal to provide real and accurate data for their own products. Other manufacturers get it right. for eg, the Solax portal and app have no fancy animations with funky clouds and talking trees, but the data is accurate.

GaryS also with AIO, my power graph has only shown current day data since day one early August. Now same as you no graph at all. Submitted a ticket 6 weeks ago no reply not even acknowledging ticket.

Jase1703 I’ve submitted tickets and improvement requests via the givenergy app and not a single one has been replied to or acknowledged. It seems support is this group or phoning givenergy and waiting in the very long telephone queue

I get the exact same errors since a few days ago - Power Graph displaying "Ooops" message and legacy dashboard returning Server Error 500

All the other cards are showing data / seem to work ok

I have a Gen3 3.6

GaryS I now have the same problem. Have sent in a bug report. This is the most useful graph and needs a fix. Does anybody know a fix?

L187865 Nobody so far has come up with any solutions. It must be a GE issue that only they can fix, once they bother to read out tickets.

And is by magic, this morning it is fixed! Power graph now also shows previous days.

GaryS same here, back up and running with historical data available to me for first time since instal 8 weeks ago.
