Hi, I have the app and I'm trying to sync it with our tariff information.
I have all the required details but the API Key is simply too big to manually enter onto my phone.
Is there an option to complete this on the GivEnergy account via my PC?
Any advice would be welcome

I've done it! - For anyone else who is not too techy-minded. You select Smart Tariff from the Giv Energy App, follow the links to your energy provider and generate a new API key, then copy. Return to smart tariff section and paste in the details. Like anything, really straight forward once you know how it's done!
Very new to GE, what does entering smart tariff info do. Not interested and letting GE control inverter just yet
RetSparky it can let GE control your equipment, but you don't have to let it. Otherwise it imports your tariff and can calculate how much you've saved compared to if you didn't have solar/battery
