Slow charge after firmware update

Hi, completed a successful firmware upgrade yesterday and battery is v slowly charging today. Is anyone having the same problem. Only increased by 7% since 7am this morning. Can Givenergy advise?

Nobody can help unless you detail your equipment; type of inverter and gen, size of batteries, gen, and number, inverter and battery firmware, etc.

GordonWilson Have a look at the settings - On the portal (Inverter tab and settings page) you can reset to defaults - that should put everything back to standard.

Thanks anglefire. I am reluctant to hit the default button without knowing what will happen. I will call Givenergy tomorrow and see what advice I get.

GordonWilson your inverter should be in default mode unless you have custom charge or discharges setup. Sometimes things get corrupted on the inverter and a reset to defaults and restarting the inverter cures a lot of them. You can then setup any charge or discharge knowing that the base settings are ok
