Offline

The system (GivEnergy app) indicates that it is offline - do I have to do anything to bring it back ‘online’. I am remote from home. Thanks

Thanks - I have and it stil says offline - I have never managed get the ‘home’ button to work.

If it helps, when it's happened to me the system (AIO in my case) was still up and running and working as expected I just could not verify this via the app.

Only approach that worked for me to restore connectivity between the app and battery was to reboot the battery.

KKT sometimes I find the app gets stuck communicating to the inverters when you leave home, try force closing it on your phone and opening it again
