Has anyone had this issue? I’ve noticed more grid imports and checked inverter settings. Eco mode keeps switching off. Any ideas?

maf are you using timed discharge or timed export modes?. It'll turn off ECO if you do that.

On the newest firmware (might still be in beta for some types of appliance) there is a timed demand option that returns to eco mode once the timed discharge period ends.

Got any automations? Octopus R and D plays with my Eco mode- hence why im not using it

If your on Intelligent Flux (or you thought you were joining Intelligent Ocotpus with Givenergy batteries) that will also constantly keep turning eco off.

am supposed to be joining Octopus Intelligent Flux.. not joined yet so annoyed if that's causing costly daytime imports and not use of battery

Roberto if you're not using Eco but Octopus Intelligent Flux, how does that work out cost wise?

maf no idea. I use Economy 7 and leave eco on. My tests with octo R and D were not great.

Roberto thank you... not sure what to do now. We haven't got Eco 7

TX200 not using anything timed. Looks like changeover to Intelligent Flux might be causing issues. Not changed yet so no benefits at all just cost

maf issues as in onboarding or it turning eco off?
My onboarding went OK, took a couple of days for the tariffs to sort themselves out. It all got backdated though.
Eco mode being off - that's just how the tariff works, it will keep switching it off. The idea being that as the tariff has symmetrical rates the grid is now your battery & your battery is now an Octopus battery you have no control over.

Thank you! Will see how it goes. GivEnergy just updated both battery and inverter and did say eco mode shouldn’t be affected. 🤷🏻‍♀️
