Given its seemingly inability to get a successful control management system for multiple inverter applications, has Givenergy investigated to provision of single higher capacity inverters (say 6kW) such that you don't get this constant importation of energy from the grid when you go above the current 3kW inverter limitation even though have sufficient capacity in your battery storage units either by use of high capacity batteries or multiple units in series?

alandean one would think they can as there is a 6kw AC inverter in the AIO. Whether such a thing is backwards compatible to existing installations is another thing entirely, as the gateway prior to release I was assured would be, only to find out I’d been told an aspiration not the truth and it wasn’t at all🙄

Thanks for the quick response. I was hoping to get something from Givenergy so the could provide the technical aspects of such a product. I have two inverters connected to two batteries to give instantaneous input/output of 6kW but I have had to turn one of the inverters off and connect the two batteries in series for overall capacity as I had numerous control issues. Hence I have been waiting months for Givenergy to get their act together to sort it out. I suppose I am partly to blame as I chose Givenergy products in the first place even tough I was made aware that there had been issues with such multi-inverter configurations previously but my installer informed me an upgrade was imminent (moths ago).
