New Wifi Settings

I have a new Wifi set up. How do I get the GivEnergy app to communicate on this new set up?

By far the easiest thing is to login to your new router and setup the network name and password to be the same as your old router

geoffreycoan As has been discussed in previous threads, this often doesn't work. If you wish to use the same network you need to change the Giv system to another network then back. Then it will work.

Daveb01 I did when I changed my own Wi-Fi recently. Did have to turn off the 5GHz signal to get the initial connection to work though
