I have a Gen 1 GIV-HY3.6 inverter with a 5.2 and a 2.6 kWh batteries. Both with 3013 software.
I've had my system since May this year, so this is the first autumn I've had it.
Yesterday evening the battery ran down past the 4% limit to 1%.
It doesn't normally get this low, but has a couple of times in the past and did stop discharging at the 4% limit.
Is this something I should be concerned about ?
I expect as the weather changes this situation could happen more and more.

Wavy Davy What probably happened was your batteries...because idle.....would have performed an OCV.

They realised that they werent actually at 4% SoC, but 1% SoC and corrected. This is normal.

What should happen is a small trickle charge creep to bring it back to 4% after the OCV is finished.

Thanks for that. They held the 1% for about 40 minuits then charged up, as I had a charge programmed in by Octopus R & D app. So will keep an eye on them.

I’m looking at this kind of thing too on gen 1, be interested to hear how you get on.
