Drawing from grid even though battery fully charged- why?

Just got my battery and solar panels installed. The battery is 100% charged but when I just plugged in electric car I noticed the app is showing that I’m drawing power from the grid not the battery. (See screenshot). Any idea why this is happening and how I ensure that battery power is used before grid? Is there a setting I need to change or something? The point of having a battery is so I can use the stored power so I’m a bit confused about why this is happening! Many thanks for any tips for a novice user.

Firstly how is it configured ie what are the settings (press the settings cog on the top right of the app screen)

What setup do you have (I have a 13.5kWh All in One with Gateway for example, No solar or associated inverter).

Where is the car charger connected ? (mines connected directly to the meter i.e. it bypasses battery - I use battery to run house and charge car overnight using a cheap overnight tariff. I know somebody who does have it connected via his gateway but grid side ie it also doesnt use battery, others have a Zappi connected load side ie can use battery).

Your installer should have helped you set it all up. Though mine left me to my own devices but my install was 'simple'

Had the same issue. Ask Givenergy to run load tests. Fraser did mine. InitIally he stated that it was probably an electrical problem but decided to reset the inverter. ( Takes about an hour). Job done!

Not sure you want to charge your car from the battery. It will flatten it rapidly and not put much in the car
