Please help I’m a new user,
I have just downloaded the app but I can’t sign in to the app!
When I click on 'create password' I’m put to a blank page where I can’t get any further (iPad user)!

EileenMo your installer should give you your username and password.
You could try a password reset if you know which email address they used. Perhaps they used the one you emailed the installer with (e.g. when getting quotes and sending documentation to them).

Alternatively, get one of the GE Smart Plugs (about £10). The installation process for that hardware assigns an account and site id after the username and password have been accepted (assuming the site has not already been established by whoever installed other GE equipment).
Just a thought.
