Battery not charging from panels

My inverter is sending a total of 10 Kw to the grid during the day whilst the battery is idle at 66% how do I overcome this problem so that the panel feed the battery and not the grid?

deers try resetting the inverter to system defaults. This usually cures most such issues

If that doesn't work it would be best to mention what kind of system you have running.
