givenergy cloud logs logging every 10 seconds all of a sudden?

Since this morning the givenergy cloud has been logging meter data every 10 seconds rather than what it used to do (every 5 mins). Anyone else notice the change? Is it a bug? It seems to happen sporadically today for long(ish) periods.

pacemaker if you have the GivEnergy app open in local mode it will cause the portal to also log every 10 seconds

pacemaker no idea then sorry. The app does cause more frequent updates to the GivEnergy cloud, but the web portal shouldn’t

The portal has been logging every 10 seconds for as long as I've had my system (since August this year (2023)).

I had assumed it had always done so.

NC nice, id love faster than 5 minutes personally without using a middleman

I seem to remember a comment that said it can happen if Giv. support decide to monitor the system for some reason.

its an odd one because it was every 5 mins up to the 10th Sept, then something changed.

as you can see below, this was my usual experience (I watch this daily to track my export totals for past few months so I am not going mad - it was always every 5 mins, not every 10 seconds)
