Energy Graph now defaults to "Grid In"

As per the subject - my dashboard Energy Graph has started defaulting to the "Grid In" view whenever I navigate to my dashboard. It always used to default to "Home" which is what I prefer, but now I can't seem to stop it from defaulting to "Grid In' and I have to switch it every time. The same thing happens under a different browser, on a different machine, or in a private window.

Any advice? Thanks!

Same here although "Grid In" is a more useful default than "Home" IMHO.

Ditto - someone tinkering behind the scene, possibly a register change?

It would be good if we could choose which lines we want to see as a permanent selection in a session, rather than the 'blankety blank' display resetting the selection on a refresh.

I assume you guys have a DC coupled setup? Those of us with AC Coupled won't have spotted this as the data presented in the Energy Graph is complete nonsense and we've given up looking at it.

NC I'm seeing it on an AC3 set-up.

ChrisMcK Same here and it's annoying, I want to see what I'm using in the home, not what I'm importing.

I know I can change it myself... but whoever made that the default needs to know it's not helpful at all and we should have either the option to set the default ourselves... or just change it back.

A solution to a problem no one complained about.

ChrisMcK Same here. Really annoying having to select Home each time I open it. Hopefully they can add it back as a choice soon.

This is an example of my energy graph and hence why I mention that it's useless. It's like this the majority of days.

Sometimes it's "right" and all positive values and the pie chart works. That's very much the exception rather than the rule. It's >90% duff data.

NC If you download the data does it show negative values? Purely out of interest I'll add, as I am just a user like you, but with an AC3 not an AIO

A long time ago a former GE employee said that saving user state such as graph preferences was in development for the portal. Guess that plan left when he did.

SilverArt When I look at the inverter data, it all seems ok. Begs the question: where it is getting this chart data from? It's been like this since initial install.

I notice that as of a few days ago, the default has been reverted to "Home". I had become quite used to the "Grid In" view too! 😂
