Batteries stop depleting at 5% average

hi, i had my first complete battery drain but they stopped at 5% average. does anyone know why this could happen.

also while on the battery % subject, i can see in the app there is a 4% reserve, why is this if these batteries are 100% DOD.

4% is the lowest it will get when discharging but tends to stop at 5% - oddly the upper limit is recorded as 100% but is actually less than the true capacity.
