Low battery

We are new to this but a little alarmed that since we've had several dull days our 9.5kW battery has gone down to 1% even though the installers set it up not to go below 4%. Should we be worried?

Dufay batteries can go below 4% over time if they don't get any charge, but should recover back to 4%.

Dufay we have a 9.5 and almost most of the time it drains down to 4%. Very occasionally it drops below this. If it drops too far it will automatically do a small grid charge to bring it back to 4%.
This is all normal
