Just been trying to fill my boots on agile. It was negative an hour ago.

After 2 days of hardly any input, the sun decided to come out during the cheap period :-)

So I have a gen2 hybrid, with 9.5 battery. The sun is out, producing, the dryer is on.
What I see is that the batteyr charge seems limited to 1.7kW as long as its set to AC charge ( flat lining).
Now I would have hoped that the battery would charge from a mix of AC/DC, with DC preffrence, then export the rest. If DC exceeds 3.6 + house load, then you would export AC, charge the batttery.

Am I missing somthing or is this a bug ?

What are you inverter settings on the portal.
Have you limited charge rate and/or percentage
It will only force charge the battery from grid if you manually "tell" it, or you have some sort of automation based on time or tariff.
How does the inverter know "when is a good/cheap" time to top up the battery and not get a telling off for importing/charging at the wrong time

Hangs head in shame:- I was trying out the Battery Charge Power Percentage, couldnt understand why it wasnt the same as battery charge rate. Left it at 50%.
Who would have guessed one was a cap, the other was a rate ...... not me obviously !
Thanks for the reply.
