Battery not discharging / SoC issue?

My system is currently in Eco mode (previously was on force discharge) with timed charge starting at 23:30. The system is pulling from the grid despite a 44% SoC. Have 2x9.5 batteries and a Gen2 inverter.

Any thoughts?

Ok so it's now down to 4% so guessing it's the SoC drop issue a lot of others have. Still 55% to 4% is pretty terrible.
