Batt Throughput Total now on portal

I would like to extend many thanks to the portal developer who has corrected the portal to show the Batt Throughput meter reading.

It can now be seen on the portal by selecting the inverter card, pressing the 9x9 grid icon top right to get the inverter data, then selecting meter data. It is the rightmost column. Previously it was 2 columns of meaningless figures.

I doubt many portal users care about this, which is why I never complained (well not directly), but to some of us these attentions to detail mean a lot.

Isnt that info pointless though, isnt it just the charge and discharge put into the battery where both readings always say the same? Or is that just currently something else associated with the AIO?

Battery Throughput is one of the 6 data points needed to correctly calculate energy flow.

Battery charge and discharge are not the same. Over the longer term the battery output will always be less than the input. Over a shorter period (e.g. one day) the battery may output more than goes in because the charge level at the start was higher than at the end.

Thought that was always there (or maybe it was the Spreadsheet downloads I'm remembering it from, I trust @Rubikcube more than my own memory)

For those looking for the information, it’s the last column on the “meter data” tab on the “inverter data” portal display - has a a grid icon, not the one that looks like a TV (quite why there are two very similar but not quite the same displays, I don’t know)
