Had a powercut about 30mins early afternoon. Battery now stuck on 68% didn't charge from afternoon solar and house now being powered by grid in evening (even though app says battery is discharging). AIO and Gateway both seem to be on. Any suggestions as what to do?

Inverter section on Portal showing 'error' but no suggestion as to what.

Switch each box (carefully on which first) on and off again?, if no joy then contact support.
It works for most things and I’ve read people who’ve used it successfully on this forum.

I assume you mean turn off then on again. Is there a procedure set out anywhere as to how to do this?

Before the below you mention an error in inverter, what kind of error, can you get an image of it? If you can still send commands it may be worth sending a "restore to defaults" commend from here.

If not here is a button on the side of the AIO press it and you should hear it go off and after a few seconds it should kick on again, if not you can press it again, it may click a few times and for a little bit before coming back online. You could try this before powering off the battery via the button then flipping the breaker in the gateway for the AIO unit.

Powering down the unit is in the installation manual or you could give GE a ring to guide you through it.

I'm pleased to say that I've got the AIO and Gateway working again by 1) putting bypass breaker back down (power cut seems to have tripped this) and 2) shutting down and re-starting (following the sequence of steps provided by Givenergy).

The remaining issue is that the inverter is still offline so no data on app or portal. Can anyone explain how to rectify this? NB its a wifi set up rather than LAN.

SteveUK use your phone to find its wifi and connect to it and reconnect it to your wireless network.
