I am logged in on the user app on an iPhone and have that password. I also have the app on an iPad and tried logging in using the same username and password but it won’t accept me. Can you only be logged in on ONE device at a time?

No you can have multiple users logged in to multiple devices. I have my iPad, iphone, my other iPad, my wife's Android phone, all logged in to the givtcp app OK
