Breaking this out from 'beta portal' thread to see if anyone else has the same issue. I've raised feedback and emailed GE, no response yet.
Context: new installation, 24 panels, 2x inverter/battery combos
each day, our usage load drops to zero, even though i am at home and consuming power. Portal shows data exporting which is incorrect. See example graphs

i spoke to the installer who thinks: "because one inverter is generating power and satisfying that load, the other inverter is therefore showing no load, and that’s taking priority over the display on the graphs" - in other words the portal is showing the data incorrectly
anyone else have this issue?
