Hi, I have 10 x GE Smart Plugs.

My iPhone updated automatically, and the schedules have not been changed e.g 10:00 - 11:00 however they came on at 09:00 this morning?

Anyone know how to fix this?

Same again, my smart plugs all an hour behind. Not happy.

Inverter was updated OK.

Did you find a solution to this?

Just the same. All smart plugs 1 hour behind.

Same here, seems like old schedules don't update. I have tried adding new test schedules and these seem to be correct. I have power reset and wait to see if the original schedules time sync. If not might be a case of deleting old schedules and re-creating? In any case an annoying bug.

Ant

So what I had to do:
Go to smart plugs in app
Select a plug
Click schedule tab (bottom right)
Select a schedule and click confirm (this updates the time)

Unfortunately you have to do this for every plug, plus each schedule for each plug.
I have 14 plugs and some have 2 or 4 schedules. (A pain in the %€£@)

Thanks Daveb01

Daveb01 Thanks for that. I tried tapping around and switched the On/Off toggles to off and back on again but that didn't make a difference. I've just gone through your steps. It's after the last turn off time for mine and the plug is still on, so I guess they aren't that smart.

Daveb01 It's a full day after Confirming the settings and the sequence has gone through correctly. Thanks!

Thanks for the fix. Has someone reported this error to GE?
