Hybrid 5 inverter
8.2 battery.
The system had to be powered down this morning as the mainx had to be switched off. Since the system was rebooted one string is not generating. I've issued an inverter reboot in the portal, but String 2 is still showing zero output.
What should the next step be?
Check the voltage on that string. If it's very low, likly a wiring issue
Thanks for the reply. The voltage is down at 42 volts when string 1 is at >240 volts.
It was fine before the system reboot though....
Do the DC strings have separate isolators where perhaps one didn’t quite click in? Unlikely but worth trying another off and back on for the DC isolator?
Yep, turned out to be a dodgy DC isolator.
Glad it’s on. I’d get the installer in to look at that though👍

Look at the PV Data in the My Inverter page in the portal. It will give the voltage and amperage being generated per string.
