Had my system installed in May. All worked ok until the last 2 nights my system has started running the house load from the grid not the batteries, although they are showing as 100% full. Tried stopping and restarting them no difference. Only thing which seems to work is resetting the inverter, but it reoccurs. Anyone have a similar problem or should I get in touch with GE or installers. My inverter is a Gen 1 GIV-HY3.6
No thoughts so far, but does Solar get generated and if so does the house consume it or does it get exported?
What are the meters/CT readings over the day for grid and house generation?
Wavy Davy try a reset to defaults in the portal this often cures such issues
Thanks for replies. don't know about solar export as it was late afternoon and no solar, but suspect it would get exported.
I did a inverter reset in portal which cured it, but as I say it happened again the next day, again late afternoon.
I have been setting up an automation in Home assistant and wondered if that was the cause, but it's set to monitor only and I have had HA running this morning with no issues.
Will see if it happens today.
Wavy Davy Make sure you haven't got any tariff automations running in the GivEnergy Portal.
Pandorian No I cleared all of them and reset automations just to be sure.
