Thanks so much GivEnergy for breathing new life into the reports and for making them easily accessible on the new Portal!
Can I make two suggestions for improvement? The one piece of information I always wanted on the old reports, but wasn't there, is still absent on the new ones. Right at the top of the report there is a figure for the average cost per kWh of electricity drawn from the grid. There's also plenty of information about the input from solar panels and throughput of the batteries. What's missing (unless I'm mistaken) is putting the two together and showing a cost per kWh, based on the total energy use. Given that many Givenergy users will have solar panels and invest in batteries to maximise use of solar, and particularly in light of current energy prices, I would think that this is a headline piece of information many would like to see. Yes, I know it's easy to do the calculation myself, but it would be much easier to see it at the top of the page.

The other suggestion would simply to have an option for downloading the report, along the lines of the old portal.

Thanks Sheerin123 What a great idea and we agree that showing this information to the customer is a great idea. we will add this to the report in the next update.

I like that idea too. Can enter the kwh rate and see what your daily usage was from grid, daily saved aswell. ie what you would have pulled if no Solar & battery

Noticed I could add prices to the Smart Tariff card. So thought I could enter my 26p flat rate on the GivEnergy card. But when clicked it doesn't give anywhere to enter a price. Just Go back, and Submit details (Greyed Out)

All great ideas…I would also like to see the best Watts generated by the array at what any one time and day to show over the day,p and best for the week, month, year or since installation. It would be useful to be able to check the degradation of the panels over time. Not sure of this is possible. It would also be good to see it as per local and or those server.

Deej The data's all there in the logs so it shouldn't be hard for them to add that kind of thing to the reports.

One for GivEnergy bods - have you thought about customisable reports along the same lines as the customisable energy flow graph? There's tons of data there that could be shown easily in either graph or card format and it would be fairly simple to provide a "custom" report option I should think.
