manually discharge battery to grid

can someone please tell me how to manually discharge (or charge) battery frm the app?
i often have surplus energy and would like to dump back into grid at peak times ..
wasnt there a button to allow this previously ?

davidS if you go to the humburger menu (three lines) then Settings, Preferences and toggle on Show Quick Settings Button that'll give you a button bottom centre where you can + or - and it'll make the battery charge or discharge, remember to turn it off when done
