The time stamps on the app are gmt +2 hours. For example, at 09:30 the app time is 11:30 gmt.
While this is not good for user experience, does anybody know if the app time is used for setting battery recharging?
I set my charge between 02:00 and 05:00 to get the low Octopus Flux tariff. Should I be setting it to 04:00 to 07:00?
Time stamps on the app for me are correct (GMT +0) - and my scheduled Octopus Go charge between 0030 and 0430 functions correctly. Maybe check your settings?
On givenergy.cloud - i.e. the web dashboard, not the app, choose "Account settings" from the menu and then under postcode I have Time Zone = "GMT"
