Battery was supposed to charge to 100 % overnight from 4 am to 8 , woken up and s morning and it’s only gone to 71 % , status is showing as idle. Looks like it stopped around 630amb
It’s the all in one
It’s now switched over to dynamic mode at 8 am and begun discharging as it should
I tried the quick charge button on the app but it said inverter offline ( but the app has been playing up for several weeks like that)
I also tried the restart option on the portal but again it said inverter offline
Any way to solve this ?

Happened a few weeks ago as well , but has been fine since thought it was a one off

poor wifi signal?

positor1 Comms lock up does happen on the AIO - happened to me a few times with a LAN connection.

Some users also have had comms lock up when charge power is over approx. 3 kW.

happened again last night , exactly the same
it did stop again during an hour i got with octopus go this afternoon . managed to get it going again by resetting to default
hopefully it fully charges tonight

Pandorian If it happens again I have found that if I just push the button to turn off battery on side of AIO and wait for it to pop back on that sorts it, no need to open up the gateway and flip the breaker, not tested it consecutive times but comms drop enough that I doubt it will be long before I try it again.

Happened again with different power settings , as in I did full power
seems the battery only wants to go to 71%

I can discharge it now using the quick buttons but stays idle when I try to quick charge . It’s as if 71% is the max

A quick fiddle with the timings again and it’s started charging , currently at 76 %
All I altered was the start time to come on for 1130 in the evening
Although every time I make a change it says inverter offline

Jellybaby I have an isolator between the gateway and battery and so I don't need to trip the breaker - useful tip though.

Pandorian Nice, I was quoted isolators for the hybrid inverter systems and whatnot but didn't get any with the AIO/Gateway install.
